DSS error in quicktime

I saw this in the list archives on apples site from half a year ago, but the solution didn't help me.

I have DarwinStreamingServer running on an external machine, and when I try to connect to the sample_movie, I get:

A network error has occured. This computer's Internet connection appears to be online. (-66559).

I realize this isn't really a DSS specific question, but I searched the net and came up empty. I had a coworker try the url and he doesn't get the funky error (quicktime shows -3150 as the status). I was wondering if anyone has run into this?

The solution offered in the mail archieves was to use DSS 5.5.1, which is the one I am using.

Thanks,
