small streams hosting sites?

Are their hosting sites that specialize in DSS streams?

I'm small fry. App I'm working with may need to stream several videos a day with perhaps an occasional spike to 10 or 20 simultaneous streams. (Videos are history of victims rights movement in US). The videos have been compressed to approx 180kb/sec (audio and video).

Current total compressed videos approx 5 G.

Suggestions appreciated.
