Many thanks for the feed back regarding it playing back ok on your Nokia :)

For the packet size settings with in Wirecast, if you drop the guys there a e-mail I'm shore they will help you out via -http:// www.varasoftware.com/support/

As for the rest of the settings that I use:
Video encoder - mpeg4
Width - 176
Hight - 144
Quality - Medium
FPS - 10
Key frame - 20
Data rate - 30 (If running with audio then 25, as I then give the other 5 for audio)

Audio encoder - AMR Narrowband
Options > 4.75 kbit/s

Just had fun righting this automated applescript with Wirecast. I
have to say the stream looks nice on my k700i. The script updates
it's self avery 60 seconds. To have a look at goto...
