Hi:

I'm using QTSS publisher to put movie clips online, but I'm having trouble getting the movies to stream reliably. Sometimes they work fine, but other times they are really garbled. I use QT PRO to export the movies with what I thought were the right settings. What could cause the movies to work sometimes, but not other times? I'm having trouble even with low data rates at high bandwidths.

Is there any documentation online that you could direct me to that would help me out with any of this? I'm relatively new to streaming.
