ffmpeg -hq -i bla.in -vcodec mpeg4 -b 83 -acodec aac -ac 1 -ar 16000 -ab 32 bla.mp4

is what I found at the site with the mp4creator.
(Some site featuring some java player, but the
IBM ISMA java player is good enough for me.)

Worked nicenst with some video.swf as bla.in. x264 may be in ffmpeg as well..

You can write a script very easily with something like

mp4creator -H -rate=25 bla.h264 bla.mp4

and

mp4creator -H bla.aac bla.mp4
