stream from more than one folder

Is it possible to stream from more than one folder (as specified in server admin/
QTSS? Tried to put a subfolder and anything in there would not stream.

Trying to make another location with limited access to give to a dept on campus to 
dump files into, so they don't touch anything that's already streaming or muck up 
stuff. 

Any ideas would be more appreciated.
