Replying to myself, I found this link dealing with streaming live mp3 with nicecast (and many more, check it out) : http://soundscreen.com/streaming/webcast/live_nicecast.html

The question is now do I do to :

- set different password for different streams

- listen to the stream ?

Nicecast stream to server:8000/test

I tried with quicktime, itunes and VLC to : http://server:8000/test, http://server:80/test... without any luck.

- streaming MP3 on demand (as you do with .mov files but with MP3). How to set it up ? what client to listen ?

Another stupid question, but is it possible to "hint" MP3 files ? how ?
