Thanks. Can you please tell me how can I change the range of ports?

I search for '6970 and 9999 in steramingserver.xml.
Nothing was found.

1220 - QTSS admin
6970-9999 - QTSS streaming
7070 - rtsp alternative
16384-16403 - iChat AV (rtp, but not strictly QTSS)
