Hello folks,
We are attempting to stream video to an AT&T LG CU500 and have been
unsuccessful. It has us asking the question of whether there is a problem
with QTSS.
In any case, we have created a clip using Final Cut Pro's compressor tools
that matches the following specs:
* File Format: 3GPP
* Video Format: MPEG-4
* Data Rate: 64 kbps
* Image Size: 176x144 QCIF
* Frame Rate: 15
* Key Frame: every 24 frames
* Audio Format: AAC-LC
* Data Rate: 24 kbps
* Channels: Stereo
* Output Sample Rate: 16 kHz
* Enable streaming: clicked on
When we attempt to stream this to an LG CU500 on the AT&T network, it goes
into a buffering screen and fails. However, we have successfully streamed
video from other services and when we compare the videos, we don't see any
discernable technical difference.
What are we missing?
