I get this too, usually when there's alot of motion in the feed and the PC can't keep up with the encoding, I assume it simply drops packets that are too late for the feed so it can catch up... but that's simply speculation.

I'm sure someone will give you a much better explanation..

Well, I was so happy to have such a simple and free broadcaster on Windows, as it is on a broadcaster to DSS it is probably not offtopic:
