I’d like to create a pay per minute plug-in for the QTSS to do 3gp both live and on-demand for mobile.

 

1)      Has anyone done this before?

2)      From what I gather I need to authenticate user requests and then have the ability to stop streaming to a client based on asome recursive calling of a timed function. Using qtaccess and qt passwd just insnt goint to work as

a.       It only gets called once

b.      It doesn’t work for 3gp clients (but only for Qtplayer)

3)      Am I missing some fundamental flaw or licensing issue?
