Hello,

Does anyone know the missing plugin that Firefox/2.0.0.12 needs to play audio/mp4 movies on a Macbook Pro(10.4.11)? I can watch .mov movies with no problem. I get the 'missing plugin' icon when I try to watch an mp4, yet here http://www.apple.com/quicktime/troubleshooting/ tells me that Quicktime is installed properly.

any help is appreciated.
