Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with our QTSS, we have an audio stream being sent from an encoder on our campus to a hosted QTSS across the internet.  The stream is then send from the host to the outside world (internet).  When listening to the stream, at work or at home, it negotiates every 12 minutes, all listeners are experiencing this problem.  Any insight as to why this is happening would be greatly appreciated.
