In your qtaccess file, you need to have a require line. For example to require a group you've defined in qtgroups named "streamers":
require group streamers
You could also use require valid-user, which will require any user you've defined it qtusers.

Not sure how you are populating your qtusers file. You need to use the qtpasswd utility. You can't create this file with a text editor.

As far as AuthName is concerned, this is the name of the authentication domain. This is not supported in the current dialog box, so this option will have no effect on client systems.

The problem is, when I try streaming by the QuickTime,
The QuickTime is asking for the user name and password
