Also, the bit rate is more than my DSL wireless, or 640 kbps,
according to Show Movie Properties. Not sure this is correct...
I'm not cheap, I keep this as a test for my "lowest common
denominator" encoding.
So, maybe that's why the audio breaks up and the video is frozen.
One more reason why fast-start fails more gracefully, you just have
to wait for more of the movie to download before playing.
For a 320x240 video, you should be able to encode at 500 kbps or so
and get decent quality, especially if you use H.264 and AAC.

I have also had one report that the video doesn't work for a user
who is on
a cable modem using a Mac with version 7.4.1 of the plugin, but in
his case
it does "work", but he doesn't get video and the sound's bad, which
makes me
think his problem is network-related.
