AppleUSBCDCDriver crashes again!

OK, this time I unplug the USB cable while an application is running
(internet connect) and the computer crashes. Just before it crashes it
displys an alert saying: "USB Modem Unplug Notice. The USB Modem has been
unplugged while an application was still active. This can result in loss of
data." Is this also fixed? And in that case what is wrong and what do I
update to fix it?
