Hello,
I hope some people of you have some experience with the EZ-USB chip and also
started with
the USBNotificationExample from the IOKit.
The download of the bulktest.c firmware to my EZ-USB chip seems to work ok.
Now I want to replace the bulktest.c code with my own code. I developped it
with the
latest development kit of cypress and seems to output a correct
INTEL_HEX_RECORD array.
But when I replace the array in bulktest.c with my own code array, the
download doesn't work anymore.
After some records the DeviceRequest return with error 0xE00002ED. Meaning
that the device
doesn't react anymore. When trying the same code again, the error is at the
same record.
But the record number with the error changes when using other code to
download.
Things I already checked:
- I do not use address outside internal RAM.
- When single stepping (very slow download) the error is on the same record.
- I see no strange things in the code array at the position of the record that
fails.
- My code (my file with array of INTEL_HEX_RECORDs) works fine when
downloading with Windows pc with suitable drivers.
It seems I'm really stucked here.
Please if someone can point me into the wright direction, I would be very
happy.
