Its not something we really support, you're basically on your own. The printer driver (source in the DDK) does do some things like this accessing a USB driver from a DRVR.


You might do better with a shim. Let the (PPC) shim do all the talking to the driver and then you only have the problem of talking to the shim and that's entirely under your control.
