This link is broken, whether there is a new one I don't know. What if they
work on a better manual?

OK, this is a file I have seen under a different name long ago. Helpful, but
a definitive "Classic Inside Macintosh style" volume labeled like "Inside
Mac OS X: USB" would be a miracle.
