Sleep mode notification?

Hi all,

I ported my driver for a bulk usb device from OS9 to OSX. But I'm missing something similiar to the notification procedure mechanism to receive 'kNotifySystemSleepDemand' and 'kNotifySystemSleepWakeUp'.

What can I do to decide that the Mac will go to sleep mode or is waking up again so I can issue a 'USBDeviceSuspend()' request?

Maybe there are carbon events I didn't find in the documentation?
