Hi Garth, I have check the values of the kIOReturn, There is not my wrong number. But when the Readpipe is wrong, I try to use USBDeviceReEnumerate, my driver starts to work well and there is no problem when my ppc wakes up from the hibernation mode.

You'll find the error value for the failing ReadUSB function defined in <usb/USB.h>.
Take a look at that how the error is defined in that header file and you might get a good idea as to what is going wrong in your code.
