Which keys are you asking about? The host keys, the user's keys or the authorized keys?


Basically they are where you'd generally expect them to be on a UNIX system using OpenSSH unless you changed the ssh or sshd configuration: /etc/ssh* and ~/.ssh/*, see man ssh, man sshd, man ssh_config and man sshd_config.

You should probably read the appropriate man pages before making any changes since your question implies that you don't know much about how ssh works.
