Hi
I am having a bit of trouble with a CSS layout I am doing for a client; I have created a CSS that includes styles for a 2 or 3 column layout. What I am noticing is that in Safari and Firefox (on both Mac and Win platforms) that when clicking from a page with a 3 column layout to a page with a 2 colum layout the "container" which holds all the page info shifts to the left about 10 pixels (this happens in reverse when clicking from a 2 column layout to a 3 column layout). This issue is not happening in IE6 on Win XP or in IE7 on Vista. Has anybody come across this before and what is the best way to work around this problem.
Here's a link to the 2 colum layout; http://www.universalwonderland.com/jefflang_web/index2col.php - if you click the "Home" link at the top of the left hand column navigation you will be taken to a page using the same CSS with the 3 column layout, as the 3coumn layout page loads you should see the container of the page moving. The style sheet is here: http://www.universalwonderland.com/jefflang_web/assets/css/jefflang_screen.css
Thanks in advance for any comments/advice,
Gary
