Upgrading from Safari 1.3 to 1.3.1 or later fixes a certain bug in my app. (The actual bug isn't important for the rest of my question, but in case it helps to answer it... if you click on a popup menu that doesn't have focus, it wouldn't get focus in 1.3, but it does in later versions).
I'd like to know what else changed, are there release notes for the WebKit bits that went into these versions of Safari?
Is there a way to query bugs.webkit.org to answer this question?
