alerts in WebViews not working

Hi

Some of my scripts that are loaded into a webview display alerts for error conditions but they never seem to display. I have the "Enable Javascript" and "Allow Javascript to open windows" checkboxes set for the webview in interface builder, but it's not working. Is there some other setting to make alerts work?
