REPOST: TO: WebKit Developers: SUBJECT: How to build WebKit Releases???

I posted this question previously and got no reply. I have had two people contact me off list asking whether I ever got a reply, so I am not the only person who is looking to do this. (Okay, three people doesn't constitute an army of developers, but it's at least more than my army of one.)

There are two questions that I think only the WebKit development team can answer.

1) If I check out the WebKit sources from under:
http://svn.webkit.org/repository/webkit/releases/Apple/Tiger
how can I build WebKit from them? They do not include the build scaffolding and you can't just do some hack like copying the checked out directories into the trunk checkout.

2) If I know my Safari version, say "2.04 (419.3)", how do I check out the corresponding WebKit sources and build them?

Inquiring minds other than mine are looking for answers to these questions. Can anyone please help?
