1) If I check out the WebKit sources from under: http://svn.webkit.org/repository/webkit/releases/Apple/Tiger
how can I build WebKit from them? They do not include the build
scaffolding and you can't just do some hack like copying the checked
out directories into the trunk checkout.
I don't think there's an easy way to do that.
2) If I know my Safari version, say "2.04 (419.3)", how do I check
out the corresponding WebKit sources and build them?
There's a version matrix that Apple that indicates which versions os
WebKit were released at various different times -- in most cases that
can probably give you the answer.
