I'm not sure about the latest release of WebKit, but there is a bug
in the WebKit that comes installed with all Macs. This bug only
effects Carbon (not Cocoa) applications that are embedding WebKit.
It causes the double click problem you are seeing.
Just curious: Have you reported this bug in the WebKit bug database,
or to Apple? What's the bug number?
