Pedantic is fine.

I'm not saying there is a security risk here.  I'm saying I don't see these
cache files in the user directory, I only see them in this obscure location.

My only point was that I don't think its appropriate to place the files
outside of the users home folder, as a practical matter for users.

I only brought up "security" as a guess as to why these files were moved
here.
