Is there any way to check running state of javascript from
WebCore ? i.e. KJS_Proxy. ?
In the WebKit implementation today, any time JavaScript is running
WebKit cannot return to the caller. So if JavaScript is running, code
to check it couldn't possibly be running. So the answer would always
be "JavaScript is not running".
