question about WebScripting methods

Hi, I have 2 questions related to the WebScripting methods
1. who should release id returned by
invokeDefaultMethodWithArguments, invokeDefaultMethodWithArguments
or any defined methods?
    is it correct to use autorelease method?

2. documentation says:
" You should return the result of the invocation, converted appropriately for the scripting environment."
so what I have to return?  NSXXXX or JSXXXX objects?
