Application not closing DB channels

Hi all,

I have a application which caches data at the application level. All the subsequent sessions makes a copy of the app. level data and provides the same to the user to manipulate (update and insert). I have 4 App servers and 2 WebServers. The DB is Oracle 8i.

My problem is out of the 4 App servers two are behaving abnormally where a lot of DB cnnections are getting open without being closed. The exact state is CLOSE_WAIT. I am using two EoModels. I am doing some session level updates and inserts. The rest two app servers are behaving perfectly OK.

Please Help I am totally clue less. 

I have rechecked all my coding and could not find a place where in I am keeping the DB connectivity open.
