WOMailDelivery problems

I have made a WO App which composes email lessons and sends them out on after the other. Each email is different, different lessons, different text settings (Plain or HTML), different greetings. I have been sending these out with a 15 second pause between each send. (If you are interested you can see it at www.schoolofthinking.org).

Since the active list has grown, I have been finding that some emails go missing (have been getting a lot of feedback on this), and some addressed to myself are never sent. I am thinking of using the Project Wonder Mail Delivery classes to see if I can get reliability with this. Has anybody experienced the same problem?
