Eclipse Ant Plugin Patch Question

I have downloaded Eclipse 2.1.3 (for use with Chuck's brilliant new book). I also downloaded the Ant Plugin Patch, however the patch has a patch "org.eclipse.ant.core_2.1.1" whereas the Eclipse 2.1.3 has "org.eclipse.ant.core_2.1.3" already installed.

Should I really replace the "org.eclipse.ant.core_2.1.3" with "org.eclipse.ant.core_2.1.1" or is the "org.eclipse.ant.core_2.1.3" OK since the patch does not have a "org.eclipse.ant.core_2.1.3"??
