Re: WO 54 Wonder-WebObjects fails to launch when network is down.



No need this is fixed in the next update, hopefully soon. In the mean time beware of xml plist they may connect to the Internet to fetch the DTD. 

As Anjo said removing the DTD declaration will prevent that or check that the ID is "-//Apple Computer//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN". Note the word Computer.
