I'm far from an expert on this and may not even be answering your question. But, this may be what you are looking for.

Eclipse>Preferences>WOLips>Launch>-WOPort

Change that value to the port you want to respond on.

Hope this is what you are looking for.

I'm working on some Google Maps integration which requires a key that is connected to an IP address or URL. Unfortunately, it uses the port number as part of the URL :p so every time you build the application you invalidate your key.

Does anyone know how to set a default port number or have another suggestion?
