ssh requires the flag -Y, which according to the manpage "Enables trusted
X11 forwarding".
This seems to be crucial for Tiger, but wasn't for Panther.

Hi Mac experts
I have a user who has recently upgraded to Tiger. He can obtain an xterm
when logging on to our Tru64 server from his Mac, but then when trying to
launch a Tcl-based application (which worked on Panther) he gets a "Xlib:
Invalid MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1 key" error message. Am I right in assuming
that Tiger is the cause of this, and is there a work around, given that
rolling back from Tiger to Panther would be highly inconvenient for other
reasons?

Xlib: Invalid MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1 key
Can't open display: yoda.vir.gla.ac.uk:10.0

All responses much appreciated. Thanks
