MacPorts (1.5, sync'd today), on Leopard (10.5.1 after following
Ben's
directions for downgrading to Tiger's X11) is not finding X11
includes
or libraries. I need to edit the Portfile to add
--x-includes=/usr/X11/include --x-libraries=/usr/X11/libs to the
configure to get things working. Anyone else? The tk port is
reasonably quick to build, and exhibits the problem.
This will sound strange, but is /usr/X11/bin in your $PATH? If not,
try putting it there; that should make configure scripts notice that
you have X11 installed in /usr/X11. Strange, but true! (hopefully)
