Hi All,

do you have any idea why I can this error message:

freeglut_window.c:300: failed assertion `window->Window.VisualInfo != NULL'
Abort trap

I get it when I'm trying to run a program compiled with x11 and freeglut under the MacOSX 10.4.9. The compilation goes alright with no warnings.
This error I get is with freeglut 2.2.0 but I had 2.4.0 and it would come with a similar error claiming about the initialization of the window.
I have my DISPLAY variable set to : 0.0, so that is ok, and I know also that opengl programs, compiled in this same system but with GLUT also work.
Apparently the error is due to some function of freeglut. I really would to continue using freeglut as my auxiliary library for OpenGL. So, has anyone managed to use freeglut under MacOSX that could help me?
