While using macports to install gtkglext on Leopard I ran into this error:

checking for glVertex3s in -lGL... no

Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.

This would build with Tiger's X11 no problems. So can anyone give me a hint about where to look for the cause of this error? Thanks,
