AppleWM coding

Hi. I'm new to the list, so apologies in advance if this should be asked elsewhere.

I'm trying to find docs and/or sample code describing the extensions to AppleWM, such as XAppleWMSelectInput(). I've found a few references on the web, but nothing in the official Apple docs, and no sample code anywhere. I tried using the code as described, but it doesn't seem to do anything. It doesn't crash, but it otherwise seems to do nothing.

Alternately, what I'm really trying to do is mechanize the close and zoom buttons, and make the grow box invisible. If there is a better way than using the AppleWM calls, I'd appreciate knowing that instead.
