Building Xephyr

Ok, so I have tried to build Xephyr.

The configure process rolls along fine but, when I try to make the binaries errors on the build. Here's the relevant errors along with the related configure statements:

./configure --prefix=/usr/X11 --enable-kdrive=yes --enable-xephyr=yes --with-mesa-source=`pwd`/../Mesa-6.5.2

ld: duplicate symbol _GlxGetMesaProvider in ../../../GL/apple/ indirect.o and ../../../GL/apple/indirect.o

collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[3]: *** [Xephyr] Error 1
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

Are there other pre-requisites that need to be met in order to build it?
