Well I hate to mention it, but the issue I brought up wrt Expose is still present. Here's a resummary:

1) open xterm (call this window1)
2) open xterm (call this window2)
3) Place window1 and window2 such that the title-bars overlap and window2 covers 50% of window 1:

4) Expose (F9)
5) Click on window 1 with the mouse. This will bring the window to the foreground.
6) Click and drag on the rightmost side of window1's title-bar. This should move window1, but the mouse-click is passed through to window2 instead.

With 1.2a6, the mouse click was passed through to window2 and it moved although it remained behind window1. With 1.2a7 on my Powerbook G4, the mouse click is passed through to window2 and it is moved into the foreground.

That being said, this problem is no-longer present on my quad powermac G5 nor my Macbook Pro (ie, the mouse click is passed to window1) even though all three systems are using the same binary! Puzzling...
