I am wondering if the following issue can be addressed in Xquartz.
Under Leopard, when the pymol (built from the fink pymol-py25 package) is
started in the Terminal application's window, a stray x-terminal window
is launched when the tkinter gui window for pymol is opened. So far users
are resorting to...
defaults write org.x.X11_launcher app_to_run /usr/bin/true
to suppress the stray x-terminal window but I wonder if a cleaner
fix from within Xquartz might exist?
