Interesting. That indicates that the autodetection code in
molmol is probably broken somehow by using the libGL framework
hack. The same approach of using a locally built static libGLw
from sgi-widgets doesn't show the same problem under Tiger. I
also don't see the problem with the same molmol build scripts
under Fedora 7 linux so I don't think it is related to the
switch to x.org's X11. I should be able to get molmol packaging
up for Leopard though by just bundling the sgi-widgets source
to it for now and setting MOLMOLDEV in its ksh startup script.
