I believe this is just launchctl complaining about the "unexpected"
format in the file /System/Library/LaunchAgents/org.x.X11.plist
<key>Label</key><string>org.x.X11</string>
<key>Program</key><string>/usr/X11/X11.app/Contents/MacOS/X11</string>
When you do unload, it will put in the "expected" formatting.
So if you then do load and then unload again the second time,
it will no longer complain.
