In my case, I was presented with a form containing a checkbox I couldn't check. In your case, you could get a window that you can't move around. Turn on universal access. You can use control-F7 to move the focus till the checkbox is selected and use the space bar to check it. To some extent this is a quartz-wm wart, also. Standard X11 window managers generally provide an alternative way to move windows (typically alt-center-drag or alt-right-drag, but it depends on the wm). Quartz-wm acts like Quartz/Aqua, which doesn't have such a mechanism. Try using mouse keys to move the window Allen Bennett |
