Have you turned off 'enable key equivalents under X11' in the X11 preferences? If so, that will disable command-Q.

I've noticed a strange issue with this, command-Q no longer quits
X11.app; I have to use the menubar in order to exit X11.app. Is anyone
else seeing this?
