Re: [xcode] More clarification: Adding Keywords?

I am patiently waiting for Apple to document the structure and
syntax of these hidden files so that I can properly extend Xcode
to handle other languages. I program mostly in Erlang and as
such I am not using Xcode much yet. I'd like to but I need basic
support for this language before it makes sense.

I read what is available on the web from folks who have hacked on
these files for PHP and Pascal and that got me fairly far along.
I built my ownn versions of .pbfilespec, .pblangspec,
.pbfiletemplate & .trgttmpl. This got syntax highlighting and
put Erlang in the menu choices etc. It continued to fall down
complaining about "Internal Error"s having something to do with
macro expansions.

My conclusion was that the framework is there now to do enough
to make me happy however it's not useable until it's documented.

So I wait. I don't expect Apple to give me Erlang support, I
would wait a long time for that. I'd be quite content with getting
documentation, commented spec files would do, which would help me
write my own.
