Working on different XCode versions...

I'm working on a Cocoa application which I originally started on my Powerbook and 10.3.8(now 10.3.9)XCode 1.5. I then moved the project to my new G5 running Tiger and XCode 2. However, somewhere along the line I needed to move the project back to my powerbook, and now program gives me thousands of (syntax, etc)errors inside AppKit. I know there's something simple here, it usually is, I just don't know what.

It all started because the application would run on the G5 just fine, but it wouldn't startup on the powerbook at all, even though I set G4 for the target processor.

If you have any tips on how to fix this and keep it from happening again I would really appreciate it.
